Technology
I don't startwith the tool.
I come from computer science. What stayed isn't a language or a framework but a way of looking at a company: as a system someone has to live in.
How I go through a company
- 01
Surface
What does it look like from outside? I start where the customer stands.
- 02
Flow
Where does the work actually go? Rarely where the org chart says.
- 03
Friction
Where does someone do by hand what a machine should do?
- 04
Truth
Where is the one true version? Every fact needs one owner. If two files disagree, the system has already failed.
- 05
People
What has to stay human? Judgement, relationships, responsibility. AI gets the rest.
How I work
I'd rather build, test and improve than plan for long. Things should be finished, shipped and used, not lie around internally.
At AIT I decide what should exist and why, and I build parts myself where that gets to the result faster.

What I hold systems to
Finished beats planned.
A system nobody uses is worth nothing, however well it's built.
Tools are replaceable.
Agent, editor, host: they change. The files stay the shared truth.
Speed isn't chaos.
Fast never means unfinished for the person using it.
